Refund & Return Policy
At youpinmai, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please contact us at support@youpinmai.com.
- Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), youpinmai will cover the return shipping costs or provide a full refund/replacement.

Customer Remorse (Personal Reasons): If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. EU 14-Day “Cooling Off” Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, provided the items meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
5. Damaged and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. Please provide photos of the damage in your email to support@youpinmai.com for a faster resolution.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Personal care goods (beauty products, underwear, or swimwear).

Custom or personalized products.

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
